Application Process

Step 1: Chose Program & Check Eligibility

Minimum GPA and entry requirements vary by program. We will provide you with Eligibility requirements for your chosen program to reassure you meet the necessary level.

It is a priority all students must verify themselves whether the appropriate Programs they chosen will grant them credits to their home university. Student Semester will help you to verify this in total with all universities.

Step 2: Choose Accommodation

You will have to tell us what type of accommodation you would like to live in. Most common options we offer are homestay and student accommodations.  We then check prices and availability for the chosen type of housing and book it for you if its available. If your chosen type is fully booked we will offer you another available option. 

Step 3: Send Us Required Documents

Scan all of the required documents and email it to us in one PDF document to the address we will provide you. A Documents’ Check List will be sent to you.

Step 4: Make The Payment

We will charge you one payment fee, which will cover all costs & service fees provided. 

Step 5: Receive Confirmation

We will send you the documents confirming your enrolment on the program as well as accommodation booking confirmation. 

Step 6: Applying for a Student Visa

We will send you a check list of the documents required from you for a visa application as well as explain you the application stages and process.

Step: 7 Preparing for the trip

This will include documents check, flights booking and preparation for the departure. We will send you the guide with all the necessary information.
